Company Philosophy:

Broadband Infrastructures was created to help accelerate the deployment of broadband technology and to help remove those impediments created by needless complication. All too many mission-critical decisions have been unduly influenced by the blind acceptance of process theoreticians and technology generalists as "industry experts".  We believe it's time to move beyond the simplistic memorization and restatement of process templates and data sheets. At BBI we embrace the quality improvement principles of Six Sigma, the service delivery methodologies of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the implementation processes presented by the Project Management Institute. We regard these as valuable frameworks, but we also regard them as general applications that do not forego the need for extraordinary subject-matter expertise. We offer such expertise as well as the common sense application of vertical industry specifics, corporate culture/dynamics, and budgetary constraints, as components of any client solution. We do not believe consistency, standardization and customization to be mutually exclusive.
